Web Accountability

Privacy

What we collect. For each enrolled device: the DNS names it looks up, the time, whether the lookup was blocked, and a category. If you voluntarily select monitored apps, a companion may also report the app name, opening and ending time, duration, observation precision, and whether your chosen quiet-hour or duration thresholds were crossed. From you: name, email, optional phone number, the people in your group, your anchor's contact details, and billing details handled by Stripe.

What we do not collect. Native-app posts, images, messages, passwords, or the traffic itself. DNS monitoring does not reveal page contents or search terms. Device IP addresses are not stored with lookups.

Who sees it. You, the members of your accountability group, and, for escalations only, your anchor. Nobody else, ever. We do not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Retention. Raw lookups: 30 days. Summarized website history and monitored-app sessions: 90 days. Incidents and escalations: while your account exists.

Your rights. Ask for a copy or deletion of your data at support@webaccountability.com. Leaving your group revokes the others' access immediately.
